For greater physical well-being

Pilates is a form of exercise which focuses on improving balance, flexibility and posture. Ideal for those using exercise to recover from injury, our Pilates classes are run by trained Physiotherapists who can tailor the course and exercises to suit you, your needs and your ability.

All of our classes are held in small groups to give the Physiotherapist opportunity to get to know you and your fitness level; ensuring that you get the most out of every session. With a better understanding of your needs and limitations, our trained instructors are able to offer a much more adaptive class so you can have all the perks of a private Pilates session in a warm, friendly and supportive setting.

Private, 1-2-1 Pilates sessions can be arranged on request, including Reformer and small equipment sessions.

Options for face to face and virtual classes
From July 19th will be as follows:

You can choose to attend in person in the studio or to attend the live classes virtually via Zoom, depending on what you feel more comfortable with at this stage.

How will face-to-face work?

-You will be asked to wear a face mask, use the hand sanitizer and register at reception.
-Arrive in clothes ready for the class (there will be secure storage space provided for any coats, shoes, and bags). Toilets are also available.
-You will be asked to wear Pilates socks to enter the studio, for safety and hygiene.
-Our preference is that you keep your mask on for the entirety of the class, however, once you are stationary on your mat this is at your discretion.
-Your teacher will wear a mask for the entirety of the class.
-Your teacher will offer hands-on modifications, hand sanitizing in between each individual contact. If you do not wish to receive hands-on modifications, you can pick up a counter provided and place this at the front of your mat.
-The studio will have adequate window ventilation.
-Each person will be asked to clean all equipment they have used with clinical-grade disinfectant after the class.

We hope your confidence in attending in person will be reassured if this is the right decision for you at this time.
